This website is operated by Zechstein Australia (“Zechstein Australia”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an approved distributor of Zechstein Minerals products in Australia and the Asia region. By accessing or using our website and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Products ordered may not be in stock at the time in which case we will contact the customer to advise of timeframe.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Product prices does not include the cost of shipping.  Shipping terms are shown in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to our Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL, including your rights to remedies for products that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet consumer guarantees.
