Shipping Policy

Zechstein Australia does not provide a freight option for shipping but Zechstein Australia does encourage customers to seek out their own freight provider.

Product pricing does not include shipping.

All orders will be provided with order shipping information within 2 business days to Customers upon purchase, so that that freight can be arranged by customer.

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly. If you need help lodging a claim, email us and we’ll do our best to assist.

If a product is out of stock then please contact us so we can advise the expected timeframe for the stock to arrive to our warehouse.
