Return Policy
Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality magnesium products. Because of the nature of these items, all sales are final unless required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Canceled Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please ensure you wish to purchase your items before finalising your order.
Sale & Clearance Items
Sale or promotional pricing only applies during the promotion period and cannot be applied to previous purchases. No exceptions.
Order Changes
Please review your shipping address and product quantities carefully before placing your order. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to make changes.
Incomplete Information
Orders placed with incomplete or invalid shipping details may be cancelled and refunded immediately.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing (if ordered items are in stock).
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Larger orders may be split into multiple shipments.
Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly. If you need help lodging a claim, email us and we’ll do our best to assist.
